I'm a big fan of Ecouterre which is full of brilliant, quirky green fashion stuff.
This article is about a greener way of t-shirt printing using seaweed rather than PVC. I hope one day soon that it will be possible to buy vegetable-based inks like this for home textile printing.

Apron project preview

I'm running a workshop making aprons based on the skirt-transformed-to-apron project in Sew Eco, in a couple of weeks.  This apron is made from a skirt, re-cut and sewn to create an apron. I developed this idea as a way of making something new out of a skirt that is either too big or too small.
